Job Description:

We’re looking for a pastor to join our team in leading and supporting our Celebrate Recovery ministry. This ministry is critical to our church as we reach people who are overcoming hurts, habits and hangups through the 12-step recovery of CR. We’ve had a CR ministry in our church for over eight years and need someone who can build on its strong foundation. The Pastor of Recovery will lend spiritual guidance, strengthen spiritual maturity, provide relational connectivity, and offer pastoral and church support so leaders are mobilized and equipped for ministry.

 

Service is part-time, so ideally, we’re looking for a bi-vocational pastor who can dedicate about 20 hours a week to serve as the pastoral lead for our ministry and partner with our CR leadership T.E.A.M. The ideal candidate is someone who believes strongly in the recovery ministry, has worked his own recovery and has a pastoral heart to see the full restoration of people through Christ.
