Who We Are:

Beachside Community Church is a growing church located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Our mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Beachside is a Strategic Partner Church of North Point Ministries (NPM) located in Alpharetta, Georgia where Andy Stanley is the Senior Pastor. NPM currently has 6 campuses in the metro Atlanta area, 15 Strategic Partners around the U.S., and dozens of network churches across the United States.

Who We Are Looking For:

Someone with:

• A desire to create a church that unchurched people love to attend
• A passion to see children and families experience a growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• A strong ability to lead and cast vision
• Good communication skills and highly relational
• The ability to enlist, equip, and encourage a strong team of volunteer leaders
• A willingness to learn new things
• A desire to problem solve and try new ideas
• The ability to develop systems and stay organized
• Experience leading teams in a similar setting

Areas of Responsibility:

UpStreet (Sunday morning elementary-age environment) and KidStuf (monthly family-style environment)
