Job Description:

The Technical Producer is responsible for providing leadership, management, and direction for all technical arts and production at Keystone Church. We are passionate about seeing everyone experience a passionate life in Christ. Keystone is a growing, creative, passionate and friendly church in Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. We are about to break ground on a new main campus and want to partner with someone who can help us manage, maintain and lead new technologies and the volunteers who will run them.

    • Proven ability to effectively manage time and to prioritize workload to meet deadlines

    • Work with Todo lists programs (Todoist, Basecamp, etc)

  • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to listen, interact, understand and respond to the Keystone team.

  • Excellent Listening Skills – Ability to attend and listen to team members, not only hear but attend to their technical needs and take action to execute with excellence in all projects.

  • Leadership Skills – Ability to lead by example to the Keystone team members and production team.

  • Eye for Excellence - The ability to use technology and lead volunteers to produce creative distraction-free environments for the Holy Spirit to work in.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and detail-oriented

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative


  • Execute the production of excellent and creative weekend and weekly services and events.

    • Create and Execute engaging and worshipful atmospheres

  • Schedule/Maintain/Lead Freelance Audio Engineers and Production volunteers through Planning Center Online

  • Live Audio Mixing if so desired.

  • Create/Program Lighting Cues for weekend services and weekly events.

  • Create/Program Propresenter for weekend services and weekly events.

  • Create/Program Message Graphics.

  • Setup/Program Video Switcher for weekend services and weekly events

  • Setup and Teardown stage based upon weekly needs. Worship PAstor will give direction.

  • Produce all 4 weekend services and fill in gaps where needed in the moment.

  • Maintain and care for all AVL equipment.

  • Help with technology purchases and rentals.

  • Ability to hang/install/program new or rented fixtures.

  • Update podcast and website with video and audio of current message.

  • Recruits, selects, equips and leads all production volunteers.

  • Participates in creative team meetings and contribute ideas, support and critique

  • Remains current on technologies, trends and styles used in production industries

  • Mentors and develops production volunteers

  • Invest in and raise up the next generation who are gifted in production.

      *Other duties as needed to ensure proper workflow of the Keystone Creative Team.


  • Experience working as an Audio Engineer running FOH audio.

  • Experience working with digital audio consoles

  • Broadcast video experience

  • Live Production experience

  • High level of lighting creativity and knowledge

  • Knowledge of video systems and live streaming

  • Knowledge/experience with Mac computers.

  • Knowledge of computer networks.

  • Strong working experience with ProPresenter, Photoshop and Premier a must.

  • Strong instructing skills to train volunteers and others

  • Physically capable of lifting 50 LBS or more
