Fairfax Fellows is a 12-month leadership development program for future pastors and church leaders. Anyone considering a career in vocational church ministry who is near the end or has recently completed his or her undergraduate degree should apply. The
fellowship is designed to equip and coach you for growth in the ministry area of your choice with hands-on experience. Whether your talents lie in worship arts, student ministry, counseling, community development, production, missional outreach, or some other
area that might be a fit, we want to journey with you as you learn and grow in your calling.
Fellows work between 25-40 hours a week for their department under the supervision of a staff member and the Fellows Director. There are weekly classes, reading requirements and other projects. Peer learning is important to us, there are multiple opportunities
for community and growth amongst Fellows during our weekly class.
A monthly stipend is provided as well as housing for any fellow who lives outside the DC metro area.
